Research
I have published on how democracies conduct foreign policy and on the likelihood of democratization following foreign-imposed regime change.
Currently, I am working on a project that examines the international enforcement of interethnic trust in Mali. I am also working on a paper examining the prospects of power-sharing after conflict. Finally, I am also conducting research on the interaction between social identities and democratic foreign policy-making. Additionally, I have published commentary on how elections affect the type of security policies democracies conduct, with particular focus on the United States in the run-up to the 2016 election. |
